[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — ECS registration delay and incorrect information given to bank while registering for ECS | |||
The issues that I am having with the Loan account are just increasing day by day. After so many mails, Bajaj Team registered the ECS service with my bank. The EMI was to start from June month but the ECS was registered by June End. The ECS registration failed this month also and the EMI was credited back to my account. The ECS code which Bajaj team registered with the bank is 1000009(form submitted with this code) and then the team presented the ECS with code 4110117(The code which was presented while deducting EMI). I really don't understand where is the gap. The forms were submitted by Bajaj only, why the team is unable to process the service correctly??? Please respond and let me know the escalation matrix for this as this has been a long time now I am suffering from these kind of issues. All this is leading to making my credit history worst for no fault of mine. In future, I would not try any service from Bajaj Finserv and would not like to suggest this service to any of my friends. Please get the needed correction done with the bank. Please let me know when the correction has been made.

I spoke to Bajaj Finserv Representative on Friday saying that the correct reason for the ECS bounce is not clear till now and I was asked to reply to Wecare after 13th.
Today, I got a call from Bajaj Representative who was ready to come to my residence and take the cash payment. Even I got a mail as attached.
I seriously don't understand what kind of behaviour is this. The representative spoke to me as if I am a defaulter and I have not paid the EMI due to my fault.
Even the attached mail shows the same thing. Last month, I made the payment the same day on which I got the message from Bajaj that the EMI is not cleared.
This month I did not get any message from Bajaj.
The behaviour of the representative was really bad. His attitude was not to resolve the issue.
Really disappointed with the service of the firm.
