Bajaj Finserv — Emi card acknowledgement not received

I have applied for bajaj finserv emi card online and paid rs 399 for the same on 06/10/2016. But i have not recieved any details about emi card. I am attaching the snapshot of link which shows that emi card submitted successfully and amount is paid for same. Plz send atleast acknowledge mail for conformation. My icici transection details is vin/bajaj auto /[protected].

I don't received emi card before or after paid full payment of your loan. Plz reply on my no [protected].When I go to office they tell me your card is blocked your address is not reach.I change address many time going to office but they not answer or not responsible I many time completed in your e-mail I'd but no.reply, ...reply [protected]

I have filled the form through their website and filled all the details after that i paid a amount of 399/- online but no acknowledgement was their and no sms or email revived but from my side the payment is done please help its a fraud

I like to buy a mobile in flipkart with no cost emi option, after completing all formality my transaction was failed, and shows urs card is blocked, what u thinking about uss, i need complete statement for this issue
