[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — EMI Card-Saurabh Malik | |||
Hi, i was using bajaj finserve EMI card and noticed that it has been misplaced. i sent an email to Bajaj finserve on 17th November to send me new card and contact me asap as i am not able to speak to customer care executive after numereous attempts. i got a revert on 18th November on address confirmation and same was confirmed to them same day. on 20th November i got confirmation that my new card has been dispatched and same shall be received in 7 to 10 working days. When i again requested for dispatch details i got the confirmation on 28th nov that new card have been issued on 20th nov and same shall be received in 10 working days. On 29th November when i again asked for dispatch details i got the email today stating that they have blocked my EMI card on my request and new card will be re issue only when i will contact them. i seriously don't understand who is handling my issue as i am not gettting specific answer to my queries. request you to please look in to this matter.
