[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Executive gave false commitment and very rude once document are submitted | |||
I have applied for personal loan from bajaj finserv. Initaliy executive was good and ask for all document. at the time of documentation he told i will get money in 2 working day. I need money urgently so i asked to process fast. He said " he will try his best". after 2 days when i called him he not reciveing my call then i called from another number he picked up. i asked about loan amount which is not get credited and if not possible then let me know. Again he gave false promise that it will get credited by today but its not happen. When i called him again then he said cancel it if you want. When they need things they guys talked good when my requirment came they start talking rudely. Was this information helpful? | |||

For follow up i called your executives and they have switched off their phone or not reciving my number. Commitment for loan amount was friday and today is Tuesday.
