[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Forcefully charging insurance amount to customer

Hello, I have taken personal loan my salary account loan #- LAN- 403SAL14319798. They are forcefully charging insurance component of Rs 12000/- . When I contact there mentioned customer service email ID- I am surprised to see no response from them from last 1 month, I doubt if they even have a team to resolve customer complaint.
