Bajaj Finserv — forcibly trying to sell insurance and trying to commit to excess installments

I bought an a.c using ur emi card i paid 2 installments + rs700 while processing .u askedvfor additional documents. I provided the same. i have 8 more installments to pay. I was not asked cheques. Kindly note i am not a defaulter. from very next day i sm hounded to buy insurance.today a sundays goons reached my residence to force me to sign blank ecs documents and threathend me. why am ibeing subjected to illegal acts.
