[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Foreclosure charges levied. | |||||
Hire purchase agreement no 4050PL20556283 dt. 15.3.16 . Sir when I took the loan in march 16 of rs.400000 the agreement and first schedule mentioned NIL for closure charges. I took loan from hdfc to close the loan of bajaj finance as it was on high interest rate. When I went with the dd to clear the dues to bajaj finance they charged me foreclosure charges. I emailed bajaj finance to remove the foreclosure charges as there is no other desk where a customer can have a day of his grievance. After a week also they replied in email of foreclosure charges. I paid 385000 loan balance plus 17780 foreclosure charges (4% of balance) . Now I request to refund my foreclosure charges which has been levied by force and withou any communication Was this information helpful? | |||||
