Respected sir, This is rizwana my loan no is 405dpf20451532.I have taken mobile phone on bajaj fiserv loan process. That time they forced me for insurance but i haven't take any insurance and not submitted any documents and sign for the insurance. But they added some insurance amount in my account without my permission. After submit the complain they have sent me cancellation mail on my email id (Refer attach file) but still i am getting call for the insurance and they informed me that my insurance is still active and they will be charge for the same in my next month emi. Request you to kindly help me as they are not helping me since 1 month i am facing problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
