Hope you are doing good.
I am writing this email with reference to my above loan a/c for which the last EMI is pending. Please be informed that I had already contacted one of your Customer Service representatives and told her that right now, I am unable to pay the EMI as my account is unfunded. Therefore, I will pay two EMIs together next month with the late fee. She told me that there is no problem, you can pay the bill next month. Everything was fine till this conversation. However, I am still getting several calls and messages from you which is very irritative.
I would request you to intervene the issue so that I can not get several calls or messages, as everything has already been discussed and I am not in a situation to entertain the calls.
