Bajaj Finserv — Loan cancellation and refund

Dear sir, I am Nagaraju. I have applied for top up loan but i have not taken. Bajaj finser is deducting EMI in every month. I have sent so many mails and i will get reply like today or tomorrow it will be closd, but still it is not closed.
