I, Dr Chandan Sur wish to inform you that I bought some product on 19/1/ 10 for which I had to loan Some amount from your company. I've every details & documents ready. Now after so many years a person was trying to harass me over phone. I am a ex army doctor & need respectable way to talk to. I also don't know how there was 2 loans active, when I had a single loan & that too paid in full years back. I request you to look into the matter &solve the problem earliest, otherwise I'll have no option other than to take legal action. Hope your earlier & honest response. Thanks Dr ( capt ) Chandan Sur.
