Bajaj Finserv — Misbehavior of your female employee

Today 25/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+[protected] to clear my emi of 5600 rupees immediately that too with cash. They told me that my Emi was supposed to end in August which could not happen so I'd pay that amount right now.. as u all know this is the world of FRAUD CALLS I told her to let me check on details t and I will pay if anything is left. But NO.. she started screaming and I was wondering what I did wrong that couldn't be fixed??? And yes one more thing I forgot to mention .. before trying calling me she called my home, my younger brother picked up and that " respectful lady" started scolding him as if that young mind knows everything about the FINANCING WORLD.. # Disgusting I have no problem in paying what we have to pay but... WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT???? I'm still not getting it.. After checking on the details I came to know that one last emi was left and I ask the executive to come over and take that money. But seriously.????. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us.My card limit is above 1 lakh 50k you guys should check the past records at first Please try to value your customers.. they are the one who makes you or destroys you.. and for your sake try get some educated employees, , at least those who know that u call somebody to TALK not what she was doing.. No one wants to take another money and get embarrassed. Just to remind you[protected] Try to value your customers!!. If they'd clear all their Emi's, trust them they'd not be running anywhere without clear their final credit. And for "Ur Sake" GET SOME EDUCATED EMPLOYEES or else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.

Seema Savardekar Today 30/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+91 [protected] Ms. Minal Durji) for NOC of consumer loan, but her intention is to clear my emi bounce charges of Rs.350/- immediately that too with cash. I already inform her that my loan is now cleared. But WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT?. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us. Just to remind you-------Try to value your customers! else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.
