[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — No proper customer service provided and calling for the same issue again and again. | |||
Hello, I had opened a LOAN account with BAJAJ FINANCE in the year Oct, 2012, Where I purchased a LCD and had a auto debit option activated from a HSBC account, and the loan was paid in full. I was given a EMI card for future purchases. I again opted to purchase a new product13/July/2015 from Bajaj Electronics, and the transaction was processed basing on the documents provided and and the Bajaj Finserv employee at the help desk made sure he have all the documents and processed the loan using the EMI card. The documents that were submitted were, 1)PAN card 2)Driving licence 3)New bank A/c details.(which included a SBI chque No:-762905) The Bajaj Employee asked me for a new cheque for ECS deduction. I submitted the above cheque, and the Bajaj employee confirmed the same will be updated for payments. The first payment was due 05/Sept/2015, I received a call saying that A/c details are not updated and have to resubmit ECS form. I was asked to write a email to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in .", I did the same, but didnot receive any help except a auto system generated response asking to submit the ECS form filled. Me residing in Hyderabad got declined by the bank authority to approve the ECS approval at SBI authority, Hitech city branch. Infromed the same to the employee who called to update the details. The same employee said to write a mail and also make the payment personally at the Bajaj office, Kukatpalli branch and also asked submit the ECS form. The Bajaj employee himself while making the payment said this will not updated until and unless it is being approved by the bank authority. I could not do that point of time, because the said a/c was opened in Visakhapatnam main branch. I did not feel that it sensible to travel all the way from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam to get the ECS form approved. I also kept the funds available in HSBC a/c, which I didn't want to use, just in case. So that the EMI could be withdrawn. This time also, I received a call saying that the EMI was not received Dated 07/Nov/2015, when I had the funds available. A Bajaj employee named Dinesh Dubey (Cell No:-[protected]) called me and asked too make a payment online. As per his advised I made the payment. A Today 17/Nov/2015, I received a call from Baja Finance, informing the a/c number is not updated. As advised, Spoke to customer service, who could not help me saying that limited access to details. Again I gave try and asked for a supervisor, Supervisor/manager was not available, waited for the call. Someone from Bajaj Finserv called and got me connected to Md. Gaush, Bajaj Finserv Branch, Kukatpalli, said will contact the branch and will call back within 10 mins. I am looking forward, to get this issue dealt legally now, to get my credit score in place, if was reported incorrectly anytime, and want to go as per legal norms and terms to get this hassle and harassment stopped and compensated. And am looking if there is a possibility to fight the issue and get a resolution for the same. Looking for a response.
