Bajaj Finserv — Not allowed to avail a 0% mobile loan at Jmashedpur and Bhubaneswar | |||||
I am an Experia customer with ID:5246483 ;Pradeep Mishra, that too I have availed so many loans from you since last 6 years. Since last 2&half years I have been issued an EMI card, through which I have availed different lifestyle product loans, where I have never submitted the local address proof, nor your employee have asked me for the same. Recently I have joined Yes Bank as state head in Ranchi, looking after Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Chhatishgarh.I tried to purchase Samsung Galaxy A9pro mobile through the EMI card at Jamshedpur and Bhauneswar, wher my request have been declined due to not having the local address proof, though I ma having the same repayment account[protected] of ICICI Bank and the same is used for experia account .I was hurt, if you can not provide us any product through EMI card, then why the same has been issued to me.Atleast you should check my previous relationships and track records.
