Bajaj Finserv — Not issued my card yet

I also applied online for bajaj emi card through online service.. I paid rs.399 for this card.. My name is sandeep sethi. I applied this card with mobile no. [protected].. There is no response from ur side even the amount has been debited from my account during the application process. Please tell me the process to check the card status which is not delivered me from 45days approximate from the apply date. Please send me your answer on my no.
