Bajaj Finserv — Not refund my excess money received

With reference to my consumer durable loan a/c no 4010cd18056075, i have already given the cheque of rs 7650/- at your pitampura branch and closed the account.
The cheue has been cleared on 28.06.16 but again rs 2550/-has been deduct from hdfc bank on 02.07.16. I have also visited at your pitampura branch on 6th july 16 and request to rsolve the issue but still i have not got my money back
Coustomer executive assured me that the excess money deducted will be refund in my account by 10 th july but yet the money not transfered into my account
You are requested to look the matter seriously and return my money.
Sorry to say but the service of bajaj finserve is very very poor.
