Bajaj Finserv — Payment not received & Unethical behaviour | |||
Received a call from Prathiba from Personal Loan department (expressloan team) stating that was eligible for a preapproved loan. Lady took all the details pertaining to PAN No. IFSC code and bank details. Lady prathiba advised that loan would be disbursed in 48 hours time. However did not receive any loan called the personal loan helpline no but did not receive any response was advised that the loan was rejected. Want to understand when its a preapproved loan why was it rejected. Have got Cibil score and have never defaulted on any of the payment. Did not received any mail or confirmation whether loan was approved or rejected. Service provided is really bad. Kindly look into the issue and would request resolution to the problem.
