Bajaj Finserv — Revive of my blocked emi card

My customer id no. - 3322690. My emi card no. [protected]. However i will paid all the loan amount without any cheque bounces & after getting my noc. For instance my card was blocked thereafter.

So i would like to humble request to revive the same as quick as possible.
