BFL LOAN A/C NO 5770PL00149988 DEAR SIR/MADAM, I am jignesh sonawala as per above refer my loan a/c no.i have complaint you that i could pay your emi from my HDFC BANK SALARY A/C because since 01 jan 2014 my this a/c is convert in to saving a/c and for this reason my a/c has closed so i request you by sending email to your customercare email id on dec 2013 about this problem that please help me to change my ECS from other bank but you i have not yet help me and in every month you are hitting my a/c ecs bounce charges.i need your help to change my ecs a/c and waive my ecs bounce charges from jan 2014 to till this current month.also i was trying to pay your current month emi since 06 sept 2014 till 13 ept 2014 afternoon by using your bajajfinserv sities for payment.but i could not pay emi by using ur sites because i have to pay emi 2500/-but i could not pay by using bank of baroda netbanking. I HAVE TRY MANY TIME TO PAY YOUR CURRENT EMI BY USING BANK OF BAORDA NETBANKING BUT I COULD NOT PAY So kindly please do this need fulfil as soon as possible or you will hit again you will late payment charges to my loan a/c JIGNESH SONAWALA Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your post and our discussion, we would like to inform you that your current month's EMI (Sept 14) was returned by your bank with a reason of ""INSUFFICIENT FUNDS"". We would like to confirm the receipt of the EMI amount on 15th Sept, 2014.
To further regularize and ensure smooth processing of your future ECS, we request you to submit 2 printouts of the ECS mandate forms duly signed by you and also signed and stamped of your bank (we have sent the blank ECS mandate forms to your registered email address) to the nearest Bajaj Finserv Branch.
