Bajaj Finserv — Television

My name is Kishore, Last year I buy a Television(Thomson) in Bajaj Electronics at A.S Rao Nagar Branch, Secunderabad. At the time of buying, I was asked to the Sales person specifically terms& conditions of the EMI procedure. he asked me, do you have any bajaj finance account (or) any bank of a credit card, I said I have ICICI Bank of credit Card. he said ok, every month EMI amount deduct from your credit card account, and they took my credit card and swipe their machine and deducted Rs.10/- amount, and they said for checking purpose. parallel they did ask me the photocopy and blank cancellation cheque these are the sufficient for the EMI process. I have decided to take Television with EMI procedure and I had submitted all documents and taken television. after one month my EMI amount is not deducted in my credit card account, again I went to bajaj electronics showroom where I buy the TV and asked to them, they said, not this month next month (May 5) onwards will be deducted, again asked to them this amount will be deducted from my credit card account ? they said 'yes' from your credit card account. on May 5th I have checked to my credit card account, the amount is not deducted, after next day I got a call from bajaj finance team they said in you account was not a sufficient amount while running of payment procedure. I know it credit card completely free how can you said sufficient amount is not available. he said we are running the blank cheque account no. I asked him again you have to deduct in my credit card, not in blank check account. he said no, every month we will run this account only. for the month of the amount, he came to my location and collected amount.

Next time onward I have maintained the sufficient amount. and completely I paid.
Now I got a call from bajaj finance team they said I have to pay 350/- Rs. because of cheque bounce. and also blackmailing me.

See here first of fall I didn't any mistake. why should I have to pay extra 350/-Rs.
2. Myself only I went to show room asked to them, that time also they
said in credit card only.
3. I have more interest in run EMI amount procedure with credit card only, but you would run on blank cheque account.
4. Sales person also properly not conveyed terms & conditions of EMI procedure (Here sales person focus only on sales only, not for customer satisfaction)
5. After sales, there is no take care of customer feedback instead of blackmailing (if you behaviour like this, you can't maintain long term customer relationship)

I hope you should understand my problem well. so please resolve it for maintaining of our relationship.
