I have a consumer prooduct loan with you guys against which there is an emi of 5k approx fixed as ecs.

I paid this emi for april on 02nd april as well but still you guys charged some amount as an ecs on 11 th april.

I have provided all the details on email but no response.

1. Got a call from CCE. She was basically replying on the email which I sent to them. 2. They checked my complaint and found genuine. 3. Accepted that there were technical glitch. 4. Refund processed of the amount. 5. Email id : [email protected] 5. Phone : 020-30646700 Thanks & Regards, Sawan

Hi Consumer Complaint Team,

I have sent an email to the bajaj Finserve team on which received a response. Got a call as well and issue resolved. They refunded my amount.
