Bajaj Finserv — Ur executive bad behaviour with me

Dear isr iam loan holder o[censored]r bajaj consumer loans i cleared all my 13
Emis without bouns and last emi was bounced even i maintained sufficient
Balance same time bank debited atm charges 350/- with less 100 rupee
Emi was uncleared i have good relation with all banks u can check online
With my pan no ahapg4061a i was never defaulter of any credit card or
Bank usually in hdfc they attemt 2nd clearence for same emi so i thought
U will attempt 2nd time that has not happen on e person called me 0n
13.01.2015 to pay bounced emi i am given positive response and i asked
To send bank details so that i can transfer emi amount his contact and
Communication was good with me his mobile no [protected] and yseter was
Holiday today i have to clear emi another person ramesh called me to pay
Emi i explained same today evening u will get credit of emi after that i
Told why are u calling again and again already iam informed to pay
Ramesh taking my mother name and scolded me worst language ever i listen
His mannners is not good iam going file case against him i need sorry
From him iam not dafaulter of any bank ramesh used worst language
Against me this type of executive will damage the reputation o[censored]r bank
First know ur customer the busted mobile no of ramesh [protected] iam
Expectine sorry from him or lese i will file compalant on him in local
Police station my contact no [protected]

name is Ramzan shaikh I have loan account from bajaj
finserv which is 5770CD00245984 . I took a Air Conditioner through your

finance.I had some problems and has to leave my job.I was not able to
make payment till now .I told the collection agent about my problem.I
was suppose to make a payment but I failed because I do not
have any money.I am receiving threatening call today at 1.36pm then
3.00pm then 4.05pm & some miss calls at 10.00pm yesterday night
from advocate chaudhary & police inspector shobraj located at delhi
court ( TIS HAJARI court no 2 ) saying that he will take care of me a
warrant is issued on my name & if i dont come to him he will come
& arrest me and he wants me to meet
him right at that point of time. he abused me & my family they said
ki aukad nahi hai toh liya kyu aapni maa bhehen ko bech ke leke aa &
u pay the dues (call record attached ) Here is his number

understand that I have not made the payments because I don't have a
funds with me and I am willing to make up the same & also in the
month of oct i got some fund i have called your executive & given
him 2400 + 300 cheque bounce charges. I just need
some time.I am not fraud its just that I am stuck in some unavoidable
circumstances, and I have been regularly talking to your collection
agents This is happening for the second time.So please help me out of
this I am really feeling threat for my life now i having .I guess next
time I will
have to report this to local police station I am sending a copy of this
e-mail to the
consumer forum.I don't want to get hurt because of a Air Conditioner. I
would
definitely make the payments as the moment i see or save some fund, my
father is a cancer patient i have to pay a sum of 40 thousand every
month to keep him alive .But I would sure try if I can make some
arrangements real
soon.Hope you people help me to get out of this alarming
situation. i beg plz dont creat harassment for me & my family member... Still I m waiting for your reply...28 Mar 2015 Again three collection executive has come in my home and asking for payment my wife told that I am not able to pay this time. But one executive has told my wife with abusive
language that ([protected]@@@@ hum @@@@ia ha kya. Mujhe nahi pata ki paise
kahan se layega abhi paise le kar aa varna thik nahi hoga.Please suggest what should I do???

What kind of legal action can be taken against the Bajaj collection agents for mental harassment and using abusive language.
