[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Warranty | |||||
I bought a micro max TV one year back from croma under bajaj fin serv. I have extended warranty from July 2016 to June 2018. The same has bee paid with EMI of consumer loan of bajaj. TV display is not working for about three days. First I registered complaint with micro max and they informed me that it is bajaj finserv who have to inform Micro Max to provide service. During purchase I was told during extended warranty period you need not pay even single paise for service. Then I have sent a mail to bajaj fin service and they told it wll be done in two days. Two days over still no response . Send reminder to day. Not able to speak on this in the customer care number . Was this information helpful? | |||||
