I have taken a consumer durable loan, my customer id isn't recognized on either IVR or your website. Hence I am unable to access my details.
Yesterday I got wrong EMI details with wrong loan account number and wrong bank details. I am now worried that similar to the way I received someone else's details on my id, my details must have gone to some one else.
This clearly shows that Client data isn't handled securely and properly at your end.
Can you look into this ASAP
