[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Wrong Interest Rate Applied | |||
Hi, I have applied for a loan recently. Loan a/c no.4180PL03607114. I was told that the interest will be 1.63% p.m which is 19.62% p.a. I got the loan approved for Rs.99000, and received disbursement amount of Rs.91689. However, I am surprised to see that you are charging 32.84% p.a interest. As, I was told that interest would be 19.62% p.a. I would like to file a complaint for the same and request you to make the changes in the interest rate as promised. Please look into the matter and get back to me on my email [protected]@gmail.com or my contact number registered with you. I would appreciate if you could do this at the earliest so that my issue is resolved. Waiting for your response.
