I am supratim roy, my customer id is 36180247. I have got the card 2 weeks back and already purchased dslr with it on 06th october. But still i haven't got my experia id and password. Even after trying to login with wrong password my experia account has been blocked. Even suddenly today when i am calling to [protected], in response i m hearing that my customer id is wrong/ my mobile no. Is not registered. I want know what is happening. Please resolve this matter.
