Bajaj Pulsar — RC book not given by the dealer and dealer has shut down

Dear Team I had purchased bike pulsar 150 on Jan 2014, from a local dear Siddhivinayak Motors, Shop No 3, Bhaveshwar Plaza, Lbs Marg, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai - 400086 who has not yet given me my RC book and now his shop too has shut down on checking with the RTO at worli I have been informed that the registration number is a fraud MH03BQ3724 Chasis number on the bike is *MD2A11CZ6ECK90052* Please help me so that I can get my registration done, kindly advice on the same call me on [protected] or mail me on [protected]@rediffmail.com
