Balachandar — worst service in smart phone

I have gave my mobile in micromax service centre for display problem last month on[protected] ( jobsheet no :*S[protected]*) they told me we send your mobile to head office to change the mother board but still they saying that your mobile is still in head office only how many day you will take time to change one mother board there no status form there atleast please give any valuable answer for customer and one more thing I have gave my mobile 4 time for service in micromax service centre for same problem for June 2014 still its no repair the mobile
