[Resolved]  baljit — harrasement by the idea telecom

Dear Mr. Garg, This is to inform you about a very serious problem that I am facing because of idea. Although I brought it to your notice previously and also reported to the customer care but there was no solution so ultimately after facing harassment and suffering I am sending you a final mail so you can forward it to the serious management and it should also be taken as a last warning because if this will happen again the idea telecom will be responsible for the legal action that i will take against them and all the legal cost incurred will have to be paid by the idea telecom. As you know well that I am using to mobile numbers of idea[protected] and [protected]. Every day from morning to evening i am getting calls from the number +91-[protected] regarding choosing of the dialer tone. If there are educated people working in the idea then they must know that generally people do not choose or change dialer tones daily and frequently in a day. You will be surprised or may not be that I am getting more than ten calls per day, it is such a high of nonsense that i can not tolerate any further. I am giving my final word to you that either you stop it by today evening or be ready top face the legal action. The same may please be forwarded and informed to the educated fools of your senior management sitting in their air conditioned offices and using technology to harass the people from whom they earn.
