Bally Municipality — Damage of personal property due to construction on adjacent site

Hello sir, we (Datta bari ) are facing a severe problem due to our nabour flat. There is a multistory construction hapening next to our house . They have done dip digging at there site which has led to damage of our well badly due to mixing if mud in water stream also water level of our well has depleted .
After repeated request to the owner there has been no measure taken by them to rectify this condition. Please take necessary action against the builder and check if they have necessary approvals to do so . This has led no water at our house.

We (Datta Bari ) are very surprised to see that how come Bally municipality give them approval which damaging our society . We need immediate action against this step and proper compensation .
