[Resolved] Bangalore Central Mall Bellandur — Misbehavior and harassment by staff and manager mr. Reddy | |||
The Behavior of Staff at Bangalore Central Belladur at Shopping floor including Manager Mr. Reddy was i pathetic & intolerable. they dont know how to treat customer. they Misbehaved and harass me when i was changing cloths in trial room also i saw them laughing and cracking jokes on customers in mail section. i hope somebody will take strict action against these guys. this incident was at 9.45 pm in male section outside the changing room and everything was recorded in cctv. also i am planning to take some legal action against these guys and will never turn up back for shopping at any future group store. such incidents make customer a Brand Detractor.
