Hello, I want to complaint about physical harassment i had gone through last night. I was travelling from wipro gate, electroniccity to Silk board in bus no cn 356/7 started journey from wipro gate at 8.00 o'clock, reached silkboard at 8.45pm.I had done daily pass ticket of 70 rupees but forgot to do the 5 rupees toll tax ticket as i slept in between the journey.When it reached silkboard two person checking squad came inside the bus, one was male, other was female.They were behaving very suspisious. That male person pulled my daily pass ticket from me and didn't give me back.I was asked many question by them.I told them i will pay the fine.They disscuss something between them shelve.Then the male person scolded me, that FIR complaint will be lodge against you, the conductor will lose his job, So, settle something with us.The male and female person were behaving very rudely to me, they even pulled my neck collar.I was very much afraid.They asked me to give 250 rupees. i was not having that much money at the moment, They callupon a car from hsr layout and took me to Citybank atm near by hsr overbridge and forcing me to bring money from atm.Even they misbehaved with me, pulled my coIlar, my phone, pushed me.I was very much afraid of my life as it was 9.15 pm of night.Eventualy they made a challan of 250 rupees having challan no -045675.Later on when i checked the challan i came to know they have made the challan for travelling without ticket price of 25 rupees.As for the knowledge i did the daily pass ticket in the bus no 356 travelling from silkboard to wipro gate, started it's journey from silkboard at 9.45 am and reached wiprogate, electronic city at 10.20 am in morning.If this type of things will happen to general people, where is the safety.How can we be safe.I am very much fruastrate d and lose hope to travel again ever in my life in bmtc buses. On 06-Feb-2016, I boarded BMTC 215CA (red color, Reg No: KA-57-F-1049, conductor's bag bearing NO: 437) bus from Jayanagar 4th Block to Jamboo Sawari(my stop was Brigade Millenium), at around 6 O' Clock. The moment I sat, all of a sudden the conductor uttered rudely 'hey get down !'(hey ili ili). I looked at him and said, can't you speak properly?(nimge chennagi matadoke baralwa?). Then he repeated the same(yen chenagi matadodu, ili ili). I said, are you not ashamed to talk like this?(yekavachanadalli matadtirala, nimge naachike agolwa?). This time he uttered, "hey ILIYA LE". Then I said, I will register a complaint if you continue to talk like this. But he kept uttering the same, no idea for what reason. All this while, the driver kept onlooking, in between stopped the bus expecting me to get down, seemed to be supporting him. Kindly take action against the conductor(height 5.3'' to 5.5'', very lean) for the ruthless behavior & attitude. Please don't just regret or apologize, but act upon too.
