Dear sir/ madam,

I am raising this complaint on behalf of another passenger. the issue: ticket total fare is 37, however he gave only 21rs/- ticket. remaining 17rs goes in his pocket.
This incident happened thrice with this passenger it seems. first when it happened, he was questioned and he was not ready to provide the actual ticket, hence she ignored it. second, when this happened, he gave her a blank ticket. now unfortunately she happened to get into the same bus and he did the same. after argument he issued 37rs ticket. i am a witness to this. i went and asked the passenger why don't she raise a complaint, she said these conductors are rude to outside bengalureans and she is scared.
But as a bengalurean i cant tolerate this. please take action.
