Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Online payment - receipt not generated

I paid water bill through bwssb online payment of rs 606 by credit card at night. Payment of 612.94 got deducted from card (Transaction#74766516139619316229116) but bwssb payement receipt not generated and bwssb collection details is not updated.

Please solve this issue to avoid rs 606 getting added to next month billing alongwith late fee charge - as its already paid.
