Whomsoever. there is no proper water supply in j. p nagar 5th phase. 16th cross. every alternate water comes and timings is from 12 am to 7pm. Its the time. when. people sleep. the person who leaves doesnt have common sense. please ask him to supply during day time rather den night. its causing too much of problem. i have a small baby and its too difficult to manage without water all the time. plz take necessary steps.
