Bank Of Baroda — Didn't get cash from ATM but debited from account

I, Foram H Atara. I have joint SB a/c in Bank of Baroda bank the a/c no. [protected]. I’m really disappointed from your services. On 1st July 2015, I went to withdraw money but due to some technical problem i didn’t get my money. So i rushed to nearest branch to do complain and i gave written report to branch officer as per his instructions. After 20 days i got answer of my complain report that my transaction was successful and my money got debited from my account but in reality i didn’t get any payment. After this as per branch manager instruction again i did complaint but i didn’t get any proper answer of my complaint. I request you to do investigation of my problem and give me solution. I just want my money back nothing else. Thanks. Foram atara
