Bank Of Baroda — Behaviour of the public servant

As the account holder I always received the harsh behaviour by the public servant ( Mrs Padma )who is working with the Bank of Baroda Jawahar Nagar Goregaon west branch, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This Lady is always arguing with the customers, like you should arrange the notes and then come to deposit, The incident happens on 4th Oct 2016 at 9:10 am,

I took a token no to deposit the money, the no was from N series, as per the bank system the N series is for the customer who is having account in another state or district and for the Home branch account holder it is S series, I had waited for 20 mins, then I started realizing that the customer who comes after me does their transaction and left, when i ask the private security guard who was their at the token machine and this is the guy who is issuing token to the customer( As this is not his Job, his ob is to secure the bank and the customer leaving his job he is doing this Job) when my turn will come as N series is very slow moving and only S series is moving he said N series is for Outside account holder and S eries is the home branch account holder, i told him as i am the home branch account holder but having N series he said now you have to take S series token, but i said you should mention in your token machine that home account holder and outside account holder, he started arguing with me at that moment this Lady (Mrs Padma who is the public servant working in the branch) jump into argument defending the security guard and started arguing with me that you should choose home account i ask here where it was mention in the token machine she showed me that you should click the senior citizen button, as i am not the senior citizen how will i know that as per the bank rule senior citizen is home branch account and she started arguing with me and you she know and then i had change the token, after that i had wait for another 20 mins to 25 mins to come my turn as this lady not waited their she went to cashier and ask her go slow on the token so that it take another 20 to 25 mins for my turn their were hardly 4 people before me, this way she had harassed me, and mean while she playing around on her phone and attaining on the phone during her duty time, I was late for my work because of which i was mentally harassed but for them it is their routine job. At the same time another public servant (lady) is also having argument with other customer, within that period of 1 hour their were almost 4 arguments in the bank,
The public servant is treating public like [censored].

Please provide details for setup a account on CA Mobile App (Android) for OTP generation. I am not receving OTP on registered mobile number. After a lot of followup to Customer care they did not solved my problem.

Please give me a all details to activate CA Mobile App OTP Generation.
I didn't get pin code of my ATM card..
