Bank Of Baroda — Refund for failed online transaction

I booked train tickets online on Saturday through make my trip.but the transaction didn't go through and 6, 084 rupees got deducted from my account twice...and its been 3 working days still it hasn't been refunded.. And make my trip say they have already refunded the money Refund reference number is[protected]
