Bank Of India — Balance deducted

I ZEESHAN MOHAMMED FAROOQUE,
A/c No.[protected]. From Bank of India, adgaon branch Nashik.my balance rupees 6645 deducted from my account due to online shopping on paytm .on 21/08/16.but order not placed, so kindly request you please refund my money as early as possible.I am already concern with customer care but he asked he not get money.so check the detail & resolve the problem.
