[Resolved]  Bank Of Maharashtra — An amount of Rs 2000/- deducted after link failed before generation of receipt

I had to pay an amount of Rs2000/- at Anutex shopping complex at Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. The shop owner swiped my debit card and the swipe machine prompted for pin and I entered the pin. At this juncture the link failed and the transaction slip could not be generated. As the shop owner insisted on payment, I paid him cash by withdrawal from ATM adjacent to the shop.The shop owner says that unless transaction slip is generated amount does not get transfered to his account. After some time I found that an amount of Rs 2000/- has been deducted from my balance. Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my account.
