Bank Of Maharashtra — Incomplete Transaction but amount debited

Dear Sir, My name is Utsav Chandra currently holding an account in bank of maharashtra. On 25th may 2015, i tried to withdraw Rs. 2400 from an ICICI bank ATM near ambegaon budruk, katraj, pune. But i did not received the given amount due transaction declined . But i received a message that my account has been debited by the same.I request you to recredit my account by Rs 2400.
