Dear sir, On[protected] at 1.30 pm i visited to bank of maharashtra of gadag branch of karnataka for collecting my current account no [protected] of bhagyodaya marketing, bank statement and i requested to your bank staff to give statement.in charge manager of gadag branch of karnataka is always giving trouble to customers.in charge manager told me to come after 4.30 pm. what he will give after business ours? what is his intention. sir i requested to close my account, for this also he told me come tomorrow. i called around 25-30 times to ho & complaint section, no one was received my call. what people like me to do like this irresponsible bank staff, and irresponsible complaint call attenders of your bank. sir what service can i expect from you. Sir today whole india is giving respect to all the bank staff for giving his excellent service, but your gadag bank staff is failed to give service in banking ours. one more important to say you sir, when i am in the bank, their are only 2-3 customers in the whole bank. other staff sitting easily in his chair. i want immediate reply from your side, other wise i will go to the consumer forum.
