Bank Of Maharashtra — REGARDING EXTREMELY POOR & BAD SERVICE BY AROGANT BANK OFFICIALS | |||
This is in refrence to your Bank Manager at Sec-II Shimla HP branch . Manager twice harrassed me & both incidents are as : 1. I went to your branch for Fixed deposit of Rs. 50 000 x 2 . I provide him PAN number and all necessary details . He forced to give photo copy of PAN number, though I have saving bank account in the same bank and branch since 2004 . As per my knowledge Managers force to provide photocopy of PAN is not neccessary . Due to his misbehave & errogant dealing I opted another bank for FD . 2. On 24.01.2015 I went to bank for depositing Rs 3050.00 at that time only the manager was in the baranch no one else . I gave him 3100.00, he foreced me to deposite Rs 3100.00 or provide change . I some how manage the change then he denied to accept a 50.00 Rs note which was a bit older . He suggested me to replace the note at SBI bank . He then again called the security man a told him to get the change, security man brought the change . It is a serious matter as if some incident happen in the mean time who should be held responsible . for the shake of proof you can view CCTV footage . We the whole family is valuable cutomer of your bank & such misbehave will force us to change the bank . I want manager should be instructed to correct his behave in future otherwise the matter will be forwarded to RBI for taking action against manager for misbehave . my bank acc no : [protected] Sunil kumar shukla Was this information helpful? | |||
