[Resolved]  Fullerton Credit India Finance — regarding extra payment and hurrasment

fullertone credit india bank had given loan of 50000 by cuting their processing fees they had gave me 44000 rs in hand on feb2010 . After that i had regulerlly paid emi on due date through my bank till nov2011 . But my december 2011 emi was bounced and i had done payment in same month in fullertone that time they suggest me to do payment directly in their bank that time i didnt knew about cibil and i had done reguler all payment in fullertone before due date till oct12 on other end they bounced my emi in my bank and gave my name to cibil as defolter, now because of them i m facing problem in getting loan and they are asking me for emi bouncing charges upto 5500. Please help me and do some legal action against the fullertone credit india fainance.
