PNB Totu (Shimla) H. P. — SMS alert not activated

Dear Sir,

I am not receving SMS alert on my mobile phone No=[protected] against my saving A/c No [protected] at PNB Totu (Shimla)-11 I have also registered a complaints vide complaint no[protected] dated 18 April 2013 but still SMS alert facilities has not been activated. Kindly activate my SMS alert at the earliest.
