[Resolved]  SBI,Kesinga,code-02076 — ATM PIN not delivered to me yet

Dear sir,
my self Jashobanta Padhan a regular coustemer of csp tundla code No-3A760034 (sbi kesinga link branch).I have got my ATM card last 3 month but sir when I go to SBI kesinga to get my pin there is no respond anyone including Branch manager also and said that we are unable to give your pin which is order of RBI India .Then Sir what will I do.
Therefore I rtequest yor honour please kindly solve my above problem that I will be oblight open You.
