[Resolved]  State Bank of India — no transaction of money in my a/c

I m krishna kumar agarwal live in italy since 2005. I have oppen a NRI account in state bank of india at jhumri
tilaiya branch & i have deposit 300EURO as oppening amount in The year of 2008. But affter 5 years not be
transacted of my monney in my account. I was gone india every years & visited in the branch but not to gave me right information by anyone & cashier answered me "WE DON'T HAVE ANNY RECCORDS". But i have the ricciept signed & stamped by bank with numbers of currency. Now, how can i ricover my monney.
