[Resolved] Bata India — bad experience and non cooperation from staff | |||
I had purchased a pair of bellies (BILL NO. 0284)from Bata in karol bagh on 3rd may 2015 before going out of station and the footwear broke on the way itself. As soon as I returned I went to the store in order to file a complaint and demand an exchange. Instead of replacing the product the staff person (Mr. Chauhan) spoke rudely and did not cooperate with us. This has been one of the worst experience for me from Bata. Its sad to say that the quality of the product has been deteriorated and the company has no responsibility towards their customers. Will not recommend Bata footwears to anyone. I have not received any response from your side. I am waiting for you to resolve my problem. Your response here was not helpful at all. I am still here waiting for something to be done with this useless pair of footwear that I bought from Bata India Karol Bagh that dint even work for a day. I am not satisfied with your response. Chapel damaged

i had hardly wear 3 or 4 times the whole shoes sole has open and the grip of the sport shoes has coming out whole pasting is open he sole and the grip pasting
and the sole is broke down
when i went to the store i said to replace he said very rudely that no exchange will be done
i am contacting from lucknow aliganj store
and please the store manager of aliganj he uses the slang languages also.
I have submitted the shoes and plz help me and replace the shoes .
