Dear sir, I have a complaint against newly purchased shoes.Sir I have purchased shoes from BATA INDIA LTD. C-5 "SHRI MAN MADHAVRAO SCINDIA MARG, CITY CENTRE, GWALIOR (M.P) 474009 store and started wearing it from Jan.2015 & now its leather is removing from upper side and it is damaging very badly. Ph. No. OF STORE - [protected] CASH MEMO # : 29-10-14/1/[protected] Purchased date[protected] Article - F[protected] VAPOR Price - Rs.2499.00 please sir, I request you sir to take a strong action on my problem.
