[Resolved] Bata India — Damage of shoes with in 5 months

Sir, I had purchased a Bata shoe from the Bata India Ltd Show room, Opposite SMV School, Over Bridge, Trivandrum.I had purchased the above Mentioned shoe at the rate of Rs:1699/-, Article No: 824-6224, Dept& Plan 422/3341.I purchased the shoe on the May of this year ie 2014. I could not use the above mentioned shoe even for 5 months or 100 days. The sole of the shoe cracked and broke damaged with in this short span of time.I had purchased the branded shoe with an expectation of long lasting and its quality material. But all of my expectation failed with this incident.I am requesting to you please replace the defective shoe unless i will take both civil and criminal action against you.
